Help me decide!

Evie's bangs are nearly grown out. I can pretty much pin them back now and I'm trying to decide:

Do I leave them long?

Or cut them short again?

I just can't decide. She's equally adorable either way. I need your help. What should I do?

Photos are about 3 weeks apart. Right photos are more recent. How funny is that she's wearing the same shirt?

We made it to Houston! It's been nearly two weeks and I finally feel like we're adjusting. It's been pretty rough. For me, Evie and BigBoy(you don't wanna know)! But we're at a good place now.

 Evie is so happy and finally on a good schedule. She has lots of friends out here and is having so much fun. She has gotten so independent and seems so mature. She's hilarious. Every thing she does is noteworthy to me. She keeps me entertained all day and I often look at her and think, "You just couldn't get any cuter." Like today, when we were taking these pictures and she picked a flower and put the petals in the trunk of her trike. Or how she found some toy animals that we brought along, that she has never played with before and every day she drags out the trash can(with a lid) and sets them on top, like it's a stage. She is really loving those things right now. She knows all the sounds they make. She's my little buddy and I adore her. She has her naughty moments though. (Just ask Jaycee.) 

Boyd has been doing awesome. He's selling his heart out. We're very impressed with his hard work. (Always are...)

The apartment has it's pros and cons. I've been trying to make it as homey as possible since this is the only home we have now. It feels weird. Not quite like my home. But I'll post some pictures of the place soon.

We miss our friends and family but are so happy to have the ones we have here. (Including Mandi and her family this year!)

The next 5 months are going to be an adventure! And we're going to make the most of it.

We've been super busy around here, getting ready for our move to Texas. Packing up the house has pretty much sucked...bad. And all our last minute errand runs and doctor appointments have been hectic, but I'm very happy to report that Evie and I have both received great news about our health so I can't complain. Tomorrow will conclude the last of the items on my to-do list and then it will be all about soaking up the last of our time with family and friends before we leave on Saturday evening.

We're sad to go but we can't wait to see our main man and celebrate his birthday that we sadly had to miss yesterday. We have been missin him and are so proud of all his hard work.

These two are two peas in a pod. They're at the age where they really play together and communicate with one another. I love it. Evie couldn't have been blessed with a better best friend. It's going to be so hard to split up the double trouble team for 6 months when we go back to Houston to sell Pest Control. My heart can barely take it. Our days are numbered and it's starting to hit me. 

Lots going on around here...if I'm not a better blogger before we leave, at least I know I will be after we get there so I can keep the family updated.

It's moments like these that are my favorite.

Our little impromptu walk including The Dada, The Mama, The Baby and The Dog to Water And Ice for some Thriftys ice cream might just have to become...un-impromptu. Ya get what I'm sayin??

Today's post was actually supposed to feature our entire weekend of Valentine apparel...three days worth. I took all but one day of Evie on my camera that only uploads to my mac. But as luck would have it, the charge cord to my mac broke and now my computer is dead and I can't upload my pictures onto it. So now I'm stuck with this compaq and the pics I took of her on Saturday with my phone.

My sister in law, the Bead Diva herself, made this adorable necklace for Evie and I planned three different outfits around it. Don't you love it?! You can have the Bead Diva make you any necklace you can think up,or you can host a party and you and your friends can make them yourselves... OR you can go to one of her open houses and make something of your own. Her bead parties are always a good time. Be sure to check out her blog. As far as the rest of our outfits go...hopefully I can get them up by Wednesday for the official, What Are YOU Wearing Wednesday post.

But until then, here are some more phone pics.

 

Three bows is usually a little much, but I don't like the front or back to be bare so I thought simple yarn bows were a good solution.
